I needed to fix/replace a particular model doorknob, nothing earth shaking, but called Western Pacific and got connected to Harold at the Will Call desk. He was very helpful and patient and we decided he had the part and I could come pick it up. When I got there it was very refreshing to get sincere help, suggestions, etc. for replacing the part. I also appreciated that I did not get the ‘idiot treatment’ you get sometimes when Harry Homeowner interacts with the homebuilder side of things.
